What is a mobile notary?
 

A mobile notary is a certified notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. This service offers flexibility and convenience, whether at your home, office, hospital, or other locations.

What do I need to bring to my notarization appointment?

You will need the document(s) requiring notarization and a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport, military ID).

Can you notarize a document I signed before the appointment?

In most cases, no. You must sign the document in the presence of the notary to verify your identity and willingness to sign. There are some cases we can notarize a document that has already been signed.

What forms of identification are accepted?
 

We accept government-issued IDs, including:

  • State-issued driver’s license

  • Passport (U.S. or foreign)

  • Military ID

  • State ID card

What if I don’t have a valid ID?

 

If you do not have a valid ID, two credible witnesses with valid identification may verify your identity.

Can I use a digital or photocopy of my ID?

 

No, you must present a physical, original ID for verification.

Can you notarize documents for someone who is elderly or disabled?

Yes, as long as the signer is coherent, understands the document, and agrees to sign. We can also travel to hospitals, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.

How much does mobile notarization cost?

Do all signers need to be present at the time of notarization?

Yes, all individuals signing the document must be physically present and provide identification.

  1. Do you handle real estate and loan signings?
    Yes! As a Certified Loan Signing Agent, we assist with mortgage closings, refinances, HELOCs, and other real estate transactions.
  2. Do both spouses need to be present for mortgage signings?
    If both spouses are listed on the loan documents, they must be present to sign.
  3. Do you provide witness services for real estate documents?
    Yes, if your document requires a witness, we can provide one or arrange for an additional witness upon request.
  4. Can you notarize a quitclaim deed?
    Yes, we can notarize quitclaim deeds, warranty deeds, and other property-related documents.
  5. Can you print and deliver real estate documents for signing?
    Yes, we can print, deliver, and return signed documents upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

    Yes! We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), allowing documents to be notarized over a secure video call.
  2. How does online notarization work?

    Yes, Texas allows remote notarization, and it is legally recognized in many other states as well.
  4. What do I need for an online notarization?
    You need:

    *A stable internet connection
  5. Can I get a document notarized online if I’m out of state or overseas?
    Yes! As long as online notarization is legal where the document will be used, we can notarize your document no matter where you are located.

Apostille & International Documents

  1. What is an apostille, and do I need one?
    An apostille is a special certification required for documents used in foreign countries that are part of the Hague Convention. It verifies the authenticity of a notarized document.
  2. Can you help with apostille services?
    Yes! We provide apostille services and can handle document authentication for international use.
  3. How long does it take to get an apostille?
    Processing times vary, but we offer expedited services to ensure a fast turnaround.
  4. Can you notarize documents in a foreign language?
